The method comprises the following steps: acquiring amplitude and frequency of injection voltage; then, three-phase alternating-current voltage with the amplitude and the frequency is obtained through SVPWM, and three-phase alternating current is formed through the three-phase alternating-current voltage; obtaining a three-phase current measurement value, and calculating a three-phase current effective value according to the three-phase current measurement value; determining an initial position angle of the rotor according to the three-phase current effective value, and determining a compensation angle of the rotor according to the initial position angle; and finally, obtaining the initial position of the rotor according to the initial position angle and the compensation angle.
