The invention provides an emotion recognition method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a voice audio file which comprises first-class data and second-class data; the XGBoost algorithm is utilized to analyze and process the first type of data, and a prediction vector is obtained; performing spectrum conversion and text conversion on the second-class data to obtain an audio feature vector and a text feature vector; and performing fusion processing on the prediction vector, the audio feature vector and the text feature vector by using a fusion network to obtain an emotion recognition result.
