The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pre-trained generative adversarial network based on a mutual information maximization principle, and acquiring meteorological characteristic data at a photovoltaic area to be accessed; inputting the meteorological characteristic data into a generator of the generative adversarial network based on the mutual information maximization principle, and obtaining a candidate photovoltaic output scene set; and reducing the candidate photovoltaic output scene set by combining a convolution automatic encoder with embedded clustering, and obtaining a photovoltaic output typical scene matched with the photovoltaic area to be accessed.
