The invention relates to an analysis method and an analysis system for an electric energy quality event. The power quality event analysis method comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of metering devices in an electrical system for detecting power related signals and processing power measurement data, and generating or updating a dynamic tolerance curve by using the power related signals detected from the electrical system, wherein the dynamic tolerance curve represents electrical response characteristics at corresponding metering points in the electrical system; electrical measurement data detected by the first metering device is used for processing electric energy related signals from the metering equipment, so that a dynamic tolerance curve is generated at each metering point in the electrical system, and the characteristics of the electrical system at the corresponding metering points are obtained; electrical measurement data detected by other metering devices are utilized to optimize respon
