Gas interlocking system

A gas interlock system (100) for a galley (10) has a gas valve (102) for controlling a supply of gas to a gas appliance (12) and a sensor (104) for detecting an operating parameter of a ventilation device (18) that circulates air near the gas appliance. The gas interlock system includes a first communication module (106) connected to the sensor and configured to receive the operating parameter from the sensor, generate a first signal based on a comparison between the operating parameter and a threshold, and generate a second signal based on the comparison. The gas interlock system also includes a second communication module (108) connected to the gas valve and configured to: receive the first signal from the first communication module via a wired connection, receive the second signal from the first communication module via a wireless connection, and generating a control signal for controlling the opening or closing of the gas valve based on at least one of the first signal and the second signal. 一种用于厨房(10)的燃气
