The invention provides a cooling fan intelligent management device which is installed on the air inlet side face of a direct current cooling fan and comprises a shell and a fan monitoring module. The back face of the shell faces the air inlet side face of the fan, heat dissipation grooves and strip-shaped grooves are formed in the shell, a plurality of heat dissipation holes and assembly holes are formed in the front face of the shell, and a protruding block and a plurality of installation claws are arranged on the side wall of the shell. The fan monitoring module comprises a fan monitoring integrated circuit and a display screen; the fan monitoring integrated circuit is installed in the strip-shaped groove, connected with the TACH end and the current end of the fan and used for periodically collecting the current, the rotating speed and the temperature of the fan and judging the current, the rotating speed and the temperature so as to determine the running state of the fan at each period moment. The display
