The desorption agent comprises an extraction agent and a diluent, the extraction agent is selected from one or more of an organic phosphoric acid extraction agent, a neutral phosphorus extraction agent and an organic carboxylic acid extraction agent, and the resin is amino phosphorus-containing resin.
