The flame-retardant adhesive comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises 200-400 parts of silane modified polyether, 100-200 parts of a flame-retardant plasticizer, 300-400 parts of filler 1, 3-10 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, 3-10 parts of a light stabilizer, 15-35 parts of a thixotropic agent, 30-50 parts of a silane coupling agent, 10-40 parts of a first curing agent, 10-20 parts of a curing accelerator and 5-15 parts of a water removal agent.
