The invention discloses an electric driving system and a vehicle, the electric driving system comprises a first motor, a first inverter circuit, a battery pack, a first switch and a controller, the first inverter circuit comprises at least three phases of first bridge arms, and the first motor comprises at least three phases of first windings; the midpoint of the first bridge arm of each phase is connected with the first end of the first winding of the corresponding phase, and the second ends of the first windings of at least three phases are connected together to form a neutral point; the battery pack comprises a first battery pack and a second battery pack, and a first node is arranged between the second end of the first battery pack and the first end of the second battery pack; the first switch is arranged on a connecting line of the first node and the neutral point; and the controller is connected with the first inverter circuit and the first switch, and is used for controlling the first switch to be swit
