According to the invention, carbon fiber (CF) and a polyethylene (PE) film are used as raw materials, the carbon fiber is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion and vacuum filtration to prepare a carbon fiber net, and then the carbon fiber net and the PE film are compounded by adopting a hot press molding technology to prepare the PE/CF conductive composite film with a multi-layer structure, the material is endowed with excellent anisotropic conductivity, thermal stability and mechanical property by a multi-layer structure that the PE insulating layers and the carbon fiber mesh conductive layers are alternately arranged and tightly combined. 本发明提供了一种PE-碳纤维导电复合膜及其制备方法和应用,属于导电高分子材料技术领域。本发明以碳纤维(CF)和聚乙烯(PE)薄膜为原料,碳纤维经过超声分散和真空抽滤技术制备碳纤维网,再采用热压成型技术将碳纤维网与PE膜复合制备具有多层结构的PE/CF导电复合膜,其中,PE绝缘层与碳纤维网导电层交替排列且结合紧密的多层结构赋予材料优异的各向异性导电性能、热稳定性能和力学性
