Zusammenfassung:A non-gastrointestinal delivery of a benefit agent with an autoinjector configured to reduce a force acting on a primary container of benefit agent during activation of the autoinjector. The primary container may be disposed within a pressure chamber of the autoinjector such that pressure increased within the pressure chamber during activation is applied to a stopper of the primary container and an outer surface of a sidewall of the primary container. Accordingly, a pressure difference between the volume of the primary container and the pressure chamber may be reduced or eliminated. Accordingly, a force acting on the primary vessel in response to an increase in pressure of the pressure vessel may be reduced or eliminated.
