Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an automatic focusing laser ranging device and method and application in a laser operation. The device comprises a reflecting device, a focusing device, a ranging laser device, a transmission device and a shell. In the device, distance measuring laser has the functions of focus indication and distance measurement, and the distance measuring laser irradiates the surface of a bone or soft tissue and then is reflected to a nearby receiver for real-time distance measurement; a motor and a lead screw are introduced and are coupled through a gear, the motor rotates forwards or reversely according to positive and negative electric signal feedback given by distance measuring laser, the lead screw is driven to rotate to adjust the position of a lens, and finally correct focusing of working laser is achieved.
