The system comprises an intelligent wearable device used for being worn on a wrist or an ankle, the intelligent wearable device comprises a flexible pressure sensor, the flexible pressure sensor is used for collecting hand motion data or foot motion data, and the intelligent wearable device transmits the collected data to an intelligent terminal in a wireless transmission mode; and the intelligent terminal is used for processing the received data, detecting corresponding actions of the hands or the feet, and performing visual display according to a detection result.
