CMOS phase shifter and use method thereof

The embodiment of the invention provides a CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Transistor) phase shifter. The circuit is applied to the radio-frequency circuit field. The phase shifter comprises an active phase inverter and a fine tuning unit; the output end of the active phase inverter is connected with the input end of the fine tuning unit; the active phase inverter performs coarse tuning on the phase of an input signal, and the output phase is sent to the fine tuning unit; and the first fine tuning unit and the second fine tuning unit perform continuous fine tuning on phases.
