The invention provides a method for monitoring the distance between an offshore wind plant and a ship and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the original navigation data of all target ships in a monitoring region, and carrying out the preprocessing of the original navigation data, so as to obtain the effective navigation data corresponding to each target ship; according to the position coordinates and the effective navigation data corresponding to each target ship, determining a first distance monitoring tensor between the target ship and the target wind power plant so as to establish a first distance monitoring tensor matrix between the plurality of target ships and the target wind power plant; according to the effective navigation data corresponding to each target ship, determining a second distance monitoring tensor between different target ships so as to establish a second distance monitoring tensor matrix between multiple target ships; and fusing the ship traffic density,
