According to the method, the high-resolution remote sensing image is acquired, the double-coding and decoding network is constructed, the high-resolution remote sensing image is utilized to train the double-coding and decoding network, and then the trained double-coding and decoding network is utilized to perform road extraction on the remote sensing image to be extracted. According to the method, a double-coding and decoding network with a double-coding and decoding structure is constructed based on a residual U block and a de-coding combination module, richer local and global context features are extracted through an encoder, front and back coders are linked by means of the de-coding combination module, semantic information is enhanced by fully utilizing multi-scale features, and the semantic information is improved.
