Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a machine tool energy flow matrix modeling method in a dynamic thermal environment. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a machine tool energy flow matrix balance equation in the dynamic thermal environment; and (2) heat energy and mechanical energy of the machine tool and auxiliary equipment in the working state are obtained and input into the machine tool energy flow matrix balance equation, and electric energy input by the machine tool is obtained. According to the method, the multi-energy coupling characteristics of the machine tool are analyzed and modeled, the energy use condition of the machine tool in the dynamic thermal environment can be evaluated, the system configuration and energy distribution of the machine tool are optimized, and the energy efficiency of the machine tool is improved.
