The algorithm comprises a sleeping posture detection sensing belt comprising a plurality of pressure sensors, and an embedded microprocessor, sensor data of a user in a flat sleep state and a side sleep state are collected, a sleep posture judgment limit value is obtained through certain operation of the data, and the value is solidified into a memory of an embedded microprocessor to serve as a boundary value of the flat sleep state and the side sleep state so as to be used for recognizing the sleep posture.
