Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of biological medicine, and relates to a screening and identifying method and application of a heart-derived exosome biomarker. According to the method, exosomes are taken as a main marker, serine peptidase is taken as an auxiliary marker, and the exosomes with specific sources of myocardial cells in blood plasma are sorted based on membrane protein molecules (CORIN) which are specifically and highly expressed in the myocardial cells by the serine peptidase; therefore, exosomes with specific sources of myocardial cells in circulating blood are screened out to explore the occurrence of exosome-mediated primary hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
