Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a biomimetic polypeptide based on barnacle bioglue protein. The amino acid sequence of the biomimetic polypeptide is shown in the specification. The invention also provides the self-assembled hydrogel as well as a preparation process and application thereof. The biomimetic polypeptide based on barnacle biogel protein has excellent gelling ability, and hydrogel with short gelling time, higher storage modulus and higher mechanical strength can be obtained at lower polypeptide concentration. The polypeptide self-assembly environment is simple, and self-assembly can be achieved only through single polypeptide.
