Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a ZTA particle porous ceramic preform, which comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling on raw materials of a binder to obtain the binder; the adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 54 to 65 percent of silica sol with the solid phase content of 20 percent, 10 to 15 percent of TiO2 sol, 8 to 10 percent of water glass with the modulus of 3.2, 8 to 10 percent of aluminum sol with the solid phase content of 10 percent, 5 to 6 percent of boric acid and 4 to 5 percent of vanadium pentoxide; zTA particles and the adhesive are mixed according to the mass ratio of (93-95): (5-7), after compression molding, demolding and drying are conducted, and a ZTA green body coated with the adhesive is obtained; and heating the ZTA particles coated with the binder to 1200-1250 DEG C, and sintering to obtain the ZTA ceramic particle porous preform.
