Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dynamic measurement device for grinding heat and thermal deformation during forming grinding of internal threads of a screw nut. The dynamic measurement device comprises a slip ring fixing tool, a three-jaw chuck, a slip ring, an extension tool, a nut connecting tool, a ball screw pair nut, a temperature sensor, a laser interferometer and a data acquisition system. The temperature sensor is matched with the slip ring, so that the problem that a data line of the temperature sensor is wound due to rotation of the nut during grinding can be avoided, and grinding heat generated in the internal thread forming and grinding process is dynamically detected. And meanwhile, a laser interferometer is adopted to monitor the axial end face of the nut, and the thermal deformation condition generated after the nut is ground is detected.
