Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for removing aflatoxin in polygala tenuifolia, which comprises the following steps of: soaking polygala tenuifolia in a deionized water solution or a 2-3% hydrogen peroxide solution for 1-3 minutes, fishing out and draining until the water content of the polygala tenuifolia is 24-28%, and irradiating the drained polygala tenuifolia by using electron beams at the irradiation dose of 6-10kGy. According to the method, main types of aflatoxins such as aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 can be effectively degraded by adopting electron beam irradiation. According to the method, electron beam irradiation is combined with deionized water or hydrogen peroxide soaking, the water content is adjusted, and aflatoxin in polygala tenuifolia can be effectively degraded. The hydrogen peroxide is unstable and free of residues and pollution after being degraded. The aflatoxin removing method is high in operability and suitable for large-scale production.
