Aiming at the problems of high data sharing time delay and low throughput of an existing Internet of Vehicles block chain, firstly, road test units (RSU) are uniformly grouped through a K-means clustering algorithm; and then, the grouped RSUs run an intra-group weighted Raft algorithm in parallel, and the optimal leader node is selected by comprehensively evaluating the average SINR value, the data processing amount and the storage amount of the nodes, so that the stability of the block chain system is ensured. And finally, inter-group nodes adopt a BLS aggregation signature-based PBFT algorithm, and meanwhile, VRF is used for ensuring the security of block nodes.
