Aiming at an internal time slot cross scene of a multi-service mixed device, in order to reduce service transmission time delay and jitter as much as possible, a fitness function oriented to global time delay and jitter performance is designed based on a flexible Ethernet small particle time slot distribution principle; and solving the optimal time slot crossing strategy by adopting an improved differential evolution algorithm fusing a sine and cosine algorithm and a simulated annealing algorithm.
