Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a surface protection film and an optical component which are not easy to cause surface intrinsic resistivity increase and easy to perform appearance inspection. A surface protective film (10) is provided with: a base film (1) comprising a transparent resin; an antistatic layer (2) formed on one surface of the base film (1); and an adhesive layer (3) formed on the surface of the substrate film (1) on the opposite side from the antistatic layer (2). The anti-static layer (2) comprises nano carbon. The thickness of the antistatic layer (2) is 0.05 [mu] m or more and 1.50 [mu] m or less. The haze value of the surface protective film (10) is 4.0% or less. The surface protective film (10) has a total light transmittance of 80.0% or more.
