Fuel nozzle valve seal for high temperatures

The fuel nozzle valve includes a fuel nozzle valve liner having a passage with an opening for allowing fuel to flow therethrough and a seat. The plunger has a post and a base substantially perpendicular to the post, the plunger configured to move relative to the fuel nozzle valve liner to seal or open an opening of the fuel nozzle valve.
