Zusammenfassung: | The environment-friendly non-electroplating technology comprises the steps that a workpiece is fixed and placed on an anode of electrolysis equipment, a trough plate of the electrolysis equipment serves as a cathode, the workpiece is completely immersed in a first solvent after being powered on, and continuous operation is conducted for 60 seconds or above; the workpiece is immersed in a second solution to be subjected to ultrasonic oscillation cleaning, and attached electrolyte and surface impurities are removed; the cleaned workpiece is placed in a third solvent to be passivated; polishing the passivated workpiece by using a fourth solvent; and the polished workpiece is dewaxed and cleaned and then immersed in the third solvent again for 60 s or above.
