Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-entropy alloy/ceramic composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is formed by spraying high-entropy alloy/ceramic composite powder; the high-entropy alloy/ceramic composite powder is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 25 percent of high-entropy alloy CoCrNiAlTiNb, 20 to 35 percent of Cr2C3 and 40 to 70 percent of WC; according to the high-entropy alloy CoCrNiAlTiNb, the atomic ratio of Co to Cr to Ni to Al to Ti to Nb is (20-45): (10-25): (10-25): (5-10): (5-10): (1-5). The composite coating provided by the invention has the advantages of low porosity, strong binding force, cavitation erosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and has unique advantages in the aspect of solving cavitation erosion and wear of hydraulic equipment.
