Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing cucurbitadienol by using cucurbitadienol synthase. A cucurbitadienol synthase gene HcOSC6 and a tHMGR gene of avena rough are simultaneously transferred into tobacco to obtain transgenic tobacco for synthesizing cucurbitadienol. The method has the advantages that the obtained transgenic plant can be used for synthesizing cucurbitadienol, so that the cucurbitacine key intermediate can be obtained more efficiently and conveniently.
