The invention discloses an automatic assembling and welding system for grillages. The automatic assembling and welding system comprises a coarse positioning table, a secondary positioning table, an assembly rotation tool, a carrying robot, a welding robot and a large-load robot. The workpiece is placed on a coarse positioning table; the transfer robot grabs the workpiece on the coarse positioning table to the secondary positioning table through a gripper for secondary positioning, and then grabs the workpiece which is successfully subjected to secondary positioning to the assembly rotation tool for assembling; in the assembling process, welding is conducted through a welding robot, and the whole grillage is assembled and welded; and the finished product is grabbed and conveyed to the next station for operation by the load large robot after completion.
