The repair welding process is realized through five steps of oxide removal, preheating, electric arc welding, regional repair welding and cooling. After tempering treatment, components in a cladding structure are more uniform, and the precipitation number of carbide hard phases is increased. After the defect of the alloy wear-resisting roller is subjected to repair welding, the repair welding area and the range of 50 mm around the repair welding area are inspected, and the repair welding area is free of cracks, air holes and welding defects.
