The invention provides a temperature adjusting device. The overall cost is reduced by reducing the types of temperature sensors. A temperature control device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a motor (2) for driving a vehicle (80); an oil circuit (90) through which oil flows; a cooling water circuit (10) through which cooling water flows; an oil cooler (5) that exchanges heat between oil and cooling water; a first temperature measurement unit (8) that measures the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the oil cooler; a second temperature measurement unit (9) that measures the temperature of the cooling water flowing out from the oil cooler; and a calculation unit (61) connected to the first temperature measurement unit and the second temperature measurement unit.
