Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-pulsation radial permanent magnet fault-tolerant servo motor with an irregular auxiliary magnetic barrier and an air gap harmonic optimization method of the low-pulsation radial permanent magnet fault-tolerant servo motor. The torque ripple is reduced by optimizing air gap flux density harmonics. On the basis of determining a main harmonic order influencing torque pulsation, an irregular auxiliary magnetic barrier is added to the front end part of a radial permanent magnet of each pole to suppress the torque pulsation, and meanwhile, a rectangular magnetic barrier is added to the rear end of the radial permanent magnet of each pole to reduce magnetic flux leakage. Through the analysis of the magnetic flux modulation theory, the design of the irregular auxiliary magnetic flux barrier can adjust the magnetic flux path of the motor, thereby suppressing the main harmonic order causing the torque ripple.
