The vacuum high-frequency chopping device comprises a vacuum cavity, a diaphragm assembly, a displacement platform, a chopping plate assembly and an infrared sensor, a light beam of a synchrotron radiation light source is propagated in the direction of a light path; a continuous optical signal is focused through the square diaphragm, and then the continuous optical signal is cut into a pulse optical signal through the light transmitting port of the chopper plate, and the pulse optical signal is received by the receiver.
