Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an intelligent substation project off-line management system which comprises an SCD management module, the SCD management module executes a sign-in and sign-out mechanism of an SCD file, when the SCD is changed, the SCD management module executes sign-out of the SCD file, when the SCD management module executes sign-in and sign-in of the SCD file after project acceptance, the SCD management module checks validity of the SCD file, and if the SCD file is signed in, the SCD management module executes sign-out of the SCD file; synchronously submitting the SCD file and the configuration consistency guarantee; and after the SCD file is successfully signed out, the SCD management module locks the SCD file of the transformer substation and stops locking when the SCD file is signed in.
