Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optimization method of fabricated PC component factory site selection based on demand quantity prediction and a GIS, and the method comprises the steps: firstly constructing a comprehensive prediction model through combining a gray theory and a secondary exponential smoothing method, and carrying out the prediction of the demand quantity of fabricated PC components in a future market; secondly, integrating urban geographic information data based on a GIS platform to carry out preliminary site selection; and finally, by establishing a site selection optimization model based on the transportation cost, a site selection optimization target is realized, so that the cost of transporting the fabricated building components is reduced. 本发明公开了一种基于需求量预测和GIS的装配式PC构件厂选址的优化方法,首先,结合灰色理论与二次指数平滑法构建综合预测模型对未来市场装配式PC构件需求量进行预测;其次,基于GIS平台集成城市地理信息数据进行初步选址;最后,通过建立基于运输成本的选址优化模型,实现选址优化目标,以降低运输装配式建筑构件的成本。
