Comprising the steps of obtaining a reference distribution structure of each line of the power distribution network, and constructing a reference network topological graph containing each line of the power distribution network; visual standing book information maintenance is carried out on the equipment on each power distribution network line, and reference visual standing book information of each line of the power distribution network is obtained; obtaining GPS positioning information of the mobile terminal, and obtaining a to-be-corrected power distribution network line corresponding to the GPS positioning information; acquiring a reference network topological graph and reference visual standing book information of the to-be-corrected power distribution network line, and displaying the reference network topological gra
