Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a capillary electrophoresis quantitative analysis method for active ingredients of a Wenbian mountain pill. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: pretreating a test article, namely, Dubian mountain pill powder, through MSPD-SPE; and quantitatively determining the active ingredients, namely loganin, geniposidic acid, echinacoside and verbascoside, in the Dubian mountain pill powder by utilizing CE-UV. According to the method, the MSPD with high extraction efficiency, the SPE with high purification capacity and the CE with low organic solvent consumption are combined for the first time, and the method is used for green, efficient and accurate content determination of four components (loganin, geniposidic acid, echinacoside and verbascoside) in the Tibetan mountain pills.
