Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-performance copper-aluminum composite material by adding rare earth elements and assisting in an external field, which comprises the following steps of: pretreating raw materials of the rare earth elements, pure copper and pure aluminum, and respectively mixing the rare earth elements with the pure copper or the pure aluminum to obtain a mixed raw material; carrying out a vacuum induction melting process on the mixed raw material to obtain a first intermediate alloy; the pure copper, the pure aluminum and the first intermediate alloy are pretreated, the pure copper or the pure aluminum is added to the corresponding first intermediate alloy, and a second intermediate alloy is obtained; the second intermediate alloy is subjected to alloy smelting, and a copper rare earth alloy and an aluminum rare earth alloy are obtained; and the pretreated copper rare earth alloy and aluminum rare earth alloy are loaded into a graphite mold, a corresponding control program |
