Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthetic method of high-molecular-weight flame-retardant nylon 6 and the flame-retardant nylon 6 prepared by the method. According to the invention, an active group in a flame retardant containing a benzene ring and hydroxyl-terminated alkyl acid are subjected to an esterification reaction by utilizing the principle of a spacer group, so that the distance between an active reactive group and the benzene ring is prolonged, the steric effect of the benzene ring on the active group is reduced, and the copolymerization activity of the flame retardant and caprolactam (CPL) is improved; the molar ratio of amino to carboxyl is ensured, the copolymerization activity of the flame retardant is further improved, and the problem that the molecular weight is obviously reduced along with the increase of the dosage of the flame retardant when the flame-retardant nylon 6 is prepared by a copolymerization method is solved.
