According to the invention, a BNP + CNP composite initiation system in which BNP replaces EHP is adopted, so that initiator residues in the resin are reduced, and the anti-aging performance of the resin is improved; on the basis, a novel hindered phenol antioxidant is introduced, so that the thermal-oxidative degradation resistance of the polymer is further improved, and the prepared polyvinyl chloride resin has the characteristics of good thermal stability, few fish eyes and good hue. 本发明公开了一种透明膜材聚氯乙烯树脂及其制备方法,涉及聚氯乙烯树脂技术领域。本发明采用BNP替代EHP后的BNP+CNP复合引发体系,降低树脂中引发剂残留,提升树脂抗老化性能;在此基础上引入新型受阻酚类抗氧剂,进一步提升聚合物抗热-氧化降解,制得的聚氯乙烯树脂具有热稳定性能好、鱼眼数量少和色相良好的特性。
