Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting effective active ingredients from Chinese mahonia stems, which comprises the following steps: extracting Chinese mahonia stems with ethanol, extracting with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol respectively, detecting whether obvious peaks exist or not by adopting TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography), eluting the ethyl acetate extract with the obvious peaks through alumina column chromatography, collecting different fractions, and concentrating the fractions to obtain the effective active ingredients. The fractions are crystallized and dried, obtained target products are identified through infrared, hydrogen spectrum, carbon spectrum, mass spectrum and ultraviolet combined detection, and the identified target products are berberine hydrochloride monomeric compounds, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride monomeric compounds and palmatine hydrochloride monomeric compounds respectively.
