The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting aromatic aldehyde with the wittig reagent prepared by the preparation method to obtain an olefin compound, then carrying out reduction reaction by using the olefin compound, and carrying out ring-closure reaction to prepare the naphthalenone compound. The raw materials are easy to obtain, the overall reaction conditions are mild, the types and positions of substituent groups on aromatic rings are not limited, and the wittig reagent can be adopted for reaction to prepare and synthesize the naphthalenone. The synthesis method is wide in application range and easy for industrial production. 本发明公开了一种萘酮类化合物的合成方法,涉及有机合成技术领域。本发明将芳香醛与本发明制备的wittig试剂进行反应得到烯烃类化合物,然后再利用烯烃类化合物进行还原反应、闭环反应后制成一种萘酮类化合物。本发明原料易得,整体反应条件温和,对于芳香环上取代基的类型及位置没有限制,均可采用上述wittig试剂进行反应制备合成萘酮。本发明的合成方法使用范围广,易于工业化生产。
