According to the method, firstly, the oil tank is divided into a plurality of box sections through process parting, each box section is formed by paving multiple layers of fabric prepregs, curing forming and parallel production are conducted through an autoclave, the cured box sections are bonded into a whole, and curing forming is conducted through the autoclave after one-way fiber prepregs are wholly paved on the outer layer of the box sections.
