Comprising a detection module which is used for collecting various detection signals of a trainee and comprises an electrocardiogram detection sub-module, a body surface temperature detection sub-module and a respiration detection sub-module; the signal processing and recognition module is used for recognizing and judging the fatigue degree of rehabilitation training of the trainee according to the detection signal and a signal fatigue feature extraction and recognition algorithm, and outputting an impedance adjustment parameter according to the fatigue degree; and the impedance adjusting module is used for generating a control signal according to the impedance adjusting parameter and adjusting the training impedance in an electronic or mechanical mode.
