Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of soybean meal fermentation, in particular to a soybean meal fermentation process. Comprising the following steps: S1, selecting high-quality soybean meal as a raw material; s2, performing crushing, cleaning and cooking treatment on the soybean meal, removing impurities, killing microorganisms and increasing soluble protein; s3, selecting a leavening agent, and uniformly adding the leavening agent into the soybean meal through an adding device; s4, putting the soybean meal into a fermentation box to promote reproduction and metabolism of microorganisms; and S5, after fermentation is finished, taking out the soybean meal, drying the soybean meal, and then grinding the dried soybean meal. In the step S1, it is ensured that the raw materials are free of mildewing and peculiar smell. The probiotics in the step S3 are yeast. And the leavening agent can be uniformly added into the soybean meal through the adding device.
