The solid beverage comprises, by weight, 60 to 69% of inulin, 11 to 15% of xylooligosaccharide, 5 to 30% of polydextrose, 5 to 9% of galactooligosaccharide, 5 to 9% of L-arabinose and 0 to 5% of chitosan oligosaccharide. The composite dietary fiber can reduce generation of uric acid and promote excretion of uric acid of a kidney system, it is indicated that the composite dietary fiber has potential in the aspect of preventing HUA in the future, multiple dietary fibers are compounded, the dietary fibers of different structures and different proportions have different influences on intestinal flora, and the composite dietary fiber better meets the dietary habits and nutritional requirements of human beings.
