The method comprises the following steps: feeding an animal in an oxygen deficit environment; wherein the oxygen concentration in the anoxic environment is 5-15% by volume. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the hypoxia intestinal stress injury animal model is successfully established, the verification and evaluation of the model are effectively completed, and an experimental foundation can be laid for further research on pathogenesis of related intestinal diseases caused in a low-oxygen environment. In addition, the method is easy to operate, short in modeling period, low in cost and suitable for application and popularization.
