OCT-guided therapy

Systems and related methods for monitoring a retinal disease state of a subject employ remote OCT-based imaging of the subject's retina. A method includes, for each of a series of optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging sessions of a retina of a subject, receiving OCT image data of the retina of the subject. OCT image data of the retina is processed to determine a series of measured degree values.
